Create your account and build your call lists
BEFORE you need to use it.
Using alternate and work phone numbers
For hard to reach members, use their home, cellular,
and work phone numbers. If you include a
person's work number, be sure the number called
is a direct line to that person. Your message
will not reach your party if the phone number
requires an extension or if your call is
answered by a receptionist.
Get organized
Make a brief list of what you want to say on
your voice message. You may want to include the
following:
Your name
Reason for calling
If a cancellation; when is event rescheduled?
If a reminder: Who, what, where, and when.
What do they need to bring?
What do they need to wear?

Remember
CampaignLink™
is not to be OVER-USED. CampaignLink™ is meant to get important information to
your entire list quickly. E-Mail was thought to be the answer, but as many
of you know, e-mails are now often disregarded; do not make your phone calls
so common that they are ignored.
